POSER SES BAGAGES À RISHIKESH
Voilà, j'ai décidé de poser mes bagages à Rishikesh, ville au bord du Gange, « capitale mondiale du yoga », mais aussi Grand Barnum de la spiritualité pour Occidentaux Egocentrique. Cette notoriété, la ville le doit depuis le séjour des Beatles dans l'ashram du yogi Maharishi Madesh, qui les a allégé de quelques milliers de roupies dans les années 1960. Du reste, le surnom de « capitale mondiale du yoga » est justifié : les ashrams, (lieu de retraite ou communauté spirituelle), comme les cours de yoga et de méditation y sont en effet légion. Tout vous invite au voyage intérieur, mais surtout aux pérégrinations à l'intérieur de votre portefeuille. Plus vous levez la cuisse, plus les prix sont élevés. La plupart de ces activités se tiennent, à 2 km de Rishikesh, au nord de la ville, à Lakshman Jhula, au bord du Gange, où le touriste y trouve de quoi étancher sa soif de connaissance et d'apprendre en fin de compte, que nous les Occidentaux ont n'est que des pigeons... voyageurs.
Aux bains sacrés, on ne trouve que de l'eau
je le sais car je m'y suis baigné.
Les idoles sont en pierre muette,
je le sais car j'ai pleuré devant elles.
Les Puranas et le Coran ne sont que des mots ;
je l'ai compris quand j'ai levé le rideau.
Partout, la confusion règne
Védas, coran, lieux saints et œuvres du Malin –
Qui est l'homme ? Qui est la femme ?
Un pot plein d'air et de sperme.
Que reste-t-il le jour où le pot casse ?
Imbécile ! Tu n'as rien compris.
