Quelques jours auparavant, la discussion fut vive entre Bernard le matelot, à gauche, admirateur béat d'Obama, et notre capitaine Denisos Margadanpoulos, à droite, le chantre opiniâtre du secret bancaire helvétique à ses dires scandaleusement menacé par l'administration américaine.
Fort heureusement l'Ouzo (qui rapproche les gens comme chacun sait) fit rapidement son office et c'est bras dessus bras dessous que les deux vieux loups de mer antagonistes enterrèrent leurs différents idéologiques dans de solides libations réconciliatrices.
Bernard le matelot pouvait reprendre ses activités de photographe marin (au bouger si délicat) qu'il pratique les deux bras tendus devant lui, comme une sorte de dévotion rendue à la déesse des arts qui d'évidence l'inspire dans ses si jolis travaux sur le corps humain flasque et avachi, ainsi que sur le portrait déconfit des exténués du roulis?
Margadanpoulos, lui, n'avait plus qu'à tenir le cap vers Leros, sa nouvelle capitale offshore, sorte de Saint-Tropez sans trop de pèze o? l'attendait Tony Montana himself judicieusement déguisé en papi bedonnant.
Derrière eux, et sur la gauche de la photo, gît en râlant affreusement un malheureux réfugié suisse d'extrême centre, artisan honnête en but à la concurrence déloyale de tous ces salauds de pauvres du sud qui se précipitent dans nos beaux pays du nord pour piquer nos gonzesses, nos boulots et ruiner nos régimes sociaux (sans compter qu'ils foutent pas mal le bordel aux Pâquis)? Mais, le pauvre bougre assommé par tant d'injustices, de moussaka et autres souvlakis, avait le c?ur au bord des lèvres et ne tarda pas, en travailleur ardent, à repeindre le bateau (un peu maladroitement certes, mais en plusieurs couches quand même) sous l'?il protecteur et bienveillant de notre bon capitaine, seul maître à bord en l'absence de ma femme?

Barrage de Konokusa
En Avril 2012, le gouvernement de la ville évacuée de Namie a acheté un dosimètre du corps entier. Le dispositif a été installé dans un logement temporaire dans Nihonmatsa, afin de surveiller l'exposition au rayonnement interne des citoyens de Namie. Quelques 50 personnes par jour peuvent être examinés, un dépistage complet prend deux minutes par personne. Une projection initiale de l'ensemble de la population a été prévue pour être terminé à la fin de l'exercice financier 2012. De cette façon, le gouvernement de Namie a voulu offrir un programme de surveillance à long terme de la population. Une autre raison à cela, c'était l'exposition excessive au rayonnement pendant les premiers jours immédiatement après la catastrophe nucléaire de Mars 2011, lorsque les prédictions du SPEEDY ont été ignorés par le gouvernement préfectoral de Fukushima.
